Two locals, one group at a time

First Light Japan Tours is deliberately tiny. We are two Tokyo locals — an engineer and a consultant — who spend our weekdays at desks and our weekends showing guests the city we actually live in: the twilight backstreets, the counters with no English menu, the shortcuts and stories.

We never mix groups. Every tour is private, unhurried, and shaped around you. We also build our own booking and guest-support technology, so the experience is smooth from first click to final goodbye.
