Terms of Service

1. Service. First Light Japan Tours (“we”) provides private guided walking tours in Tokyo. Tours meet and end on site (現地集合・現地解散); we do not provide transport or accommodation.

2. Booking. A booking is confirmed when payment is completed and a confirmation email with a reference code is issued.

3. Pricing. Prices are per group in Japanese yen unless stated otherwise, up to the stated maximum party size.

4. Cancellation. See our cancellation policy.

5. Conduct & safety. Guests join at their own responsibility. Guides may adjust or end a tour for safety or venue rules; where the tour cannot proceed for reasons on our side, we refund in full.

6. Liability. To the extent permitted by Japanese law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. ※本規約の正文は日本語版とし、実装時に法務確認を行うこと（プレースホルダ）。
